If it comes w decent catalyst then RS could be a plus...traders will play immediately after RS bc there is no chance of another in the immediate future...if RS announcement comes with no good news, the stock will most likely be diluted down to nothing again as company sells paper, and shareholders simultaneously sell off and cut their losses.
