Means nothing---the Over-the-counter- Bulletin Board (OTCBB)--owned by FINRA- has been dead for a couple years, put out of business by OTCMarkets, where TEVE and most non-exchange stocks, trade...

OTCMarkets' better platform, execution, and lower costs to market makers spelled the demise of the OTCBB...

the OTCBB was for SEC reporting companies---also irrelevant to TEVE at this point..
