That being said it would not be difficult to put a string of material disclosures together for quite a few months. If its done correctly would have not only the benefit of clarity to shareholders but also recreate the market that once existed here.

Here's a thought...why not update shareholders when something is actually done? Weekly "say nothing" tweets and FB posts are ridiculous.

But lets put that aside for the moment...

There are actually some things he could provide a substantive update on.

1) Where exactly is the Form 10? Where exactly was it submitted and when? Has JR been told anything about it by anyone? Was there ever a From 10 submitted>

2) Why is a copy of the Form 10 NOT on the website? What is stopping him from posting it?

3) Why are the audited financials NOT on the website? If they are done, what could possibly be stopping them from being posted?

But I am willing to bet come Friday...none of those three questions will be any closer to being answered. Not a one.

Transparency?

ya right.

Then again, most companies aren't on the suspended grey market, are fully reporting in their financials, and haven't promised audited financials 2 years ago (and subsequently twice) and still haven't delivered. Apples to oranges.

You could expect at least one of them to follow through after six months.

He is way overdue on past material events and I doubt he posts all the financials, and other updates he has promised like a real customer list for KMA Canada, not China. Stop making excuses for this CON MAN!!!

How about an update as to where we are in getting back to L2.
What options are available to us ?

IMO, these promised updates are

going to be a courtesy to shareholders and can't be expected to contain material events every Friday

How about once every 2 yrs...or so? What might be some exciting tweets? Maybe something like:

December is going to be our month! Playing off of the holidays is always a good try.

Working on several deals expected to bring huge revenues to the company. Undisclosed "deals" always stir the pot, and the cult herd.

Consulting with the lawyers on how to up list to a higher trading program. Note to the Ghost writer of the tweet: "to move KMAG shares forward to a L2 trading platform" is amateurish. Sounds like a trader, not a CEO.

Expectations are a SH meeting will occur early next yr. Make the cult herd believe their opinions count.

Progress being made on the website.

Or my favorite:

Important updates are coming. Which is what this tweet was... an update promising more updates.

Unless you own Apple stock, most companies don't have new news to tell shareholders every week.

True. But most have REAL news more often than once every two years or so.
