They still can steal it.That's the point and one of several reason they went the directions they have regarding all ligation matters foreign and domestic.

For about 102 million to 185 million they can buy ILNS fully diluted between .03 to .05 cents tomorrow if they want and the ligation is forever resolved and any other future claims by past/present shareholders are forever resolved.

Let that reverse split occur and (IF) ILNS gets a summary judgement or jury verdict against Pfizer sometime in the future you have large firms crawling out of the wood work like ants filings claims imho.

Large firm love to sue money.Pfizer has unlimited funds.I got nothing but time and sometime in the future this ligation the defenses lies will be made public imho if this ligation is not settled really soon.

If this goes down the way its heading why would common holders care if a smear campaign occurs against Pfizer.They deserve anything and everything that comes there way.
