So a promotional website disclaimer is the same as a PR disclaimer?
Companies post disclaimers regarding their PR's because things may change.
Promotion websites, which is what we are discussing, post disclaimers to cover their a## while their selling shares.
I sure the drink is great, but it still won't stop this scam setting new lows over the next few months.
Please check back in the new year when this is trading at .15.

Yep same disclaimer everyone uses so the negative miscreants don't try to sue everyone to death.
