That comes from Treaty. Not Belize officials.

Belize officials said Treaty's was done as operator of the princess concession and left the country. Treaty has yet to prove to the Belize officials that they found any evidence of live oil.

Treaty has still not owned up to the fake oil strike and what was really found in the 3 wells that Belize officials have officially declared dry holes with NO oil shows.
