I looked into this a month ago. I am in NO way whatsoever even concerned by the slightest. I even spoke to him via phone and he cleared it all up for me.

First of all this happened 20 years ago and since then he has served on Jury duty. So if there was a concern he certainly wouldn't be allowed on Jury duty.


Second of all if your not happy with your COHO shares call him up . They will be happy to buy your shares and retire them for you.

While your at it post the link where he served jury duty a couple of years ago. You don't serve jury duty and be a felon bud.
