Could you be misreading these puzzle pieces? We are at $1.48 with pathetic volume and pathetic institutional holdings. I'm not sure what, if anything, is going on, but it sure doesn't look big.

You've thrown a bunch of bp's and other types of entities out there and somehow managed to link them all to PPHM. We can't be involved with all of them. I think what you are doing could be done with any small biotech.
