There is a new regulation in place now, you basically can't buy any of these pennies anymore from Europe since the clearing houses have had some new rules and regulations and European broker therefore won't offer these stocks anymore. It's a real mess. Don't know how many countries are affected but I think it's whole Europe. Anybody here who wants to buy any of these pennies anymore needs to get a US broker.
