the blogger is. He is posting information, including videos from various sources, that conform with the message he is trying to convey. He seems to have lost interest pretty quickly, though.

And how can the blogger can use the site? Gandy likely did not renew the registration of the site when it expired. The name was available and the blogger somehow thought it fit his blog, so he registered it and now the domain belongs to him.
