Average daily volume (normal) is about 250-300k shares. Anything over that is HFT driven in my opinion.
Given the 89% consistent institutional ownership....there are those individuals/institutions that trade the heck out of this stock and cause these gyrations because they can take advantage of 3-5% moves.
Nicely orchestrated descent to 10.40....they picked up about 100k shares without the price moving much between 10.40 to 10.50....I am sure that we should not read much into that. They still have 4 hrs to go and they seem to do it pretty often these days. This is not normal trading.
