YJ, it looks as if they would have enough shares at the current 1 bil number if the PPS remained above .215 or so and they did not draw down the 100 mil SEDA. So, I don't understand why the hurry to increase the A/S if they aren't going to use the 100 mil any time soon and if they don't use it they apparently would not default by exceeding the A/S. Can you shed any light on the situation?

One has to question the financial advisors here. Hopefully, we find a way out of this ravine.
