We had a pretty solid team TP and I would trade again with you guys anytime. To me this was the last straw. I was okay with the reverse split and us being in the dark for so long. I had plenty of patience.
To pull a massive 480 million share increase in the O/S in insane. I do hope it is restricted, but I think the momentum is long gone.
Who ever came up with their post merger game plan is an idiot. You can't raise money from a stock that no one is buying no matter how much you try to modify the share structure.
The worst part is that we're pretty much stuck either holding or selling our shares for next to nothing.
All the effort, DD, and emailing was for nothing. They didn't listen and I think they will fail if they don't explain themselves immediately.
When your strongest supporters and believers turn against you, what else do you have left? I'll stay on this board even if my shares dilute to nothing to try and save new investors from making the wrong choice here.
