Unbeliavable, not sure whether they were able to cover and not sure what they will do when the initial order kicks in or any other large order from another government agency. Only company signing an IDIQ which is equivalent to 16x its last year's sales with an agency which has not bought anything or the last two years and it's competitor has exited IDIQs goes only this much up is unexplainable. Let's see what tomorrow brings but need to get out of these uncontrolled cheat sheets.
