paying 5x revenue with current reports. paying like 7x revenue with last year revenue. The Company just made 139 million revenue this year from september last year. Market cap is 650 million. declining revenue and small margin leads me to believe its over valued here. They could start turning profit but I prefer to wait here. They do have assets though, 250 million or so. Its either fair value or a little over imo.

Using the published numbers, the P/S is overstated because the JV revenue is not consolidated.
