You missed the next paragraph which also goes on to state:

"On March 27, 2014, the Company paid $25,000 of the first $100,000 “Flat Fee” installment due the Licensor under the agreement. The other $75,000 due is presently past due." - this would be on top of the 2nd installment which is also past due.

Looks like Wazzamba.com removed their Simbadeals type site. Waazzamba.com Domain still registered until Jan. 2016, Registrant Name: Rocco Pellegrinelli, Wazzamba SA

Keep in mind that $DOMK licensing agreement with Wazzamba expires on July 31, 2015, see my previous post from last November 2014.

Something is bound to be announced regarding news on happenings around this month end OR August-Sept. I'm thinking. PR or Domark will wait until upcoming annual 10-K filing (last one was released late August 2014).

Things should get interesting around here.
