If that really the case and he issued shares prospectively, then Anish violated Section 144 of Securities Act, and SEC would suspend this thing in a hurry. imo

So you are saying between NOW and DECEMBER there are NO shares to dilute? That means between now and December VOLUME could move this without dilution?
