What you should know about Intellectual Ventures,stockmrkt.

They do not hide behind shell companies, like Eyetalk365, when litigating infringement claims.

The following is an extract from their webpage

Q: Are you hiding assets behind shell companies in order to sue anonymously?
A: No. We have never used our acquisition entities for litigation. When we file a lawsuit, we do it openly, in our own name, and you can find the information on our website.

So, unless REVO has filed false information to the SEC, and the North Carolina Courts, we can safely say that Intellectual Ventures is not linked to Eyetalk365.
