I could not agree with you any more OBP. Realizing ones strengths and weaknesses is of absolute paramount importance. I have come to realize in hindsight over the years. Outsourcing to professionals these days is so much more affordable then it was say 5 years ago. Get on one of the many websites out there, put together a job description, companies tender for the job, pay per milestone achievement and forget doing it yourself. Heck, if I can do it anyone can.
It still has be beat why on earth the marketing/advertising of the companies products were/are of such poor quality. (Let's not go back to the MKR video).
Outsource this to a professional marketing firm, free up time wasted on producing amateur material, focus on ones strengths.
Believing one can do it all as I did, control it all, and still succeed in this day and age, in my opinion, is not only exhausting, time poor management, but verges very close to arrogance.
Just expressing my thoughts.
