IMO, the SEC will ask SIRG to remedy those violations ASAP plus some kind of Fine before resorting to suspension unless the SEC finds out there is an intention to defraud investors or manipulate the PPS which I believe is not the case here although I might be wrong.
Also, the new CEO T Benjamim will receive a message from us not to mess around with us. His behavior is quite despicable to say the least. It could have been easier to pick up the phone and do at least a shitty explanation.
