Anyway, I'm looking at its book value right now, and it has approx 2.8B in total asset. With the yesterday closing price, it has a P/BV of 2.55; and ORCL offers 5.1B in cash. Meaning ORCL is actually offering to buy them out at approximately 10% above yesterday closing price.

It's trading now @18.67, which is 23% higher than the closing price last night. Something doesn't add up; or may be I'm missing something.

Let me ask you something, would you be holding longer if you were me ? or would you just take the money off the table ?
