That is incorrect. The only companies permitted to file on EDGAR are SEC registrants and prior registrants under the "voluntary reporting" program. And both are held to the same standards.

That includes compliant Form 10-Q's (which HHSE does not have), audited 10-K's (none filed) and XBRL (none done).

The SEC makes that very clear - it is all on the website:

www.sec.gov.

HHSE is not allowed to make up their own rules.
