CEO and CFO received 500,000 Class B preferred shares under the management incentive plan for their successful efforts in lowering the pps and increasing the available market shares? Too bad the shareholder voting power can not veto that sort of incentive program in the ranks of the company. I am sure when the incentive plan came to vote it received 100% yes from the board and the company executives!
