It's amazing to me that a rumor about USPR, an OTCQB stock, can be generated and 3 people can hear it yet USPR can't produce SEC acceptable reserve numbers.
Plus, the only "investment people" that USPR has mentioned is Hartman their new M&A Director. So how could a rumor get started regarding people USPR has not stated exist yet?
All they have said so far is through Hartman, they "intend" to raise money for the lawyer lien and drilling deposits. Shouldn't there be investment people before a rumor could get started about them?
Other then Berry, no analysts cover USPR. There were no rumors about Berry or Hartman becoming directors, no rumors of the strategy change, no rumors of USPR taking satellite imaging over the entire property, but now there's a rumor about investment people. Weird.
