MMG claims to have had success in getting DTC Chills removed.
Maybe they are taking the lead.

...and to make matters even worse, if DTCC questions Manzo about events that occurred three years ago, that caused them to order the chill be put in place, all such documentation will have to come from MMG. It's highly unlikely MMG will cooperate because the chill was probably justified.
