On most sites it is $2.99 over spot and they buy if it is $15 spot then they buy at $13. The best I seen was $1.89 over, so that place is good. I paid $20 for my bars. So it looks like you found a good place.

One of my local shop is $4 over and $2 under! needless to say I dont buy there Lol...
