I suppose a split is dependent on intention. If the split is done once the price is at .0001 so that the company could dilute it down to .0001 again it's REALLY REALLY BAD for investors. I can definitely see how that could wipe someone out.

Rinse & repeat dilution doesn't seem to have been the case in CVSL. I checked the ihub board for the company. Everyone seems happy with what happened.

Shine it up any way you like, an RS is always an easy way out for lazy incompetent management. The SS at CVSL was NEVER a problem. 1/10 in 2011 and the cheerleaders kept pumping leading many to buy more and they were rewarded with another last month (not sure the ratio) wiping out more shares. Those who held through all of this have only a fraction of their shares and are lucky to break even on original investment. Do not fall in love with any of these companies, they have no love for you.

Having said that, I like the potential TO MAKE MONEY in PXYN until they take a turn for the lazy and incompetent as nearly all of them do at some point. GLTY
