The power plant that is being opened doesn't belong to FEEC and its not FEEC that opened it try the Chinese government.

Yes, I'm aware of this. My point was that the wording in the article implied FEEC opened the gas complex.

FEEC will be supplying the gas to power it along with who other sources I am sure.

Correct again, FEEC will supply some of the gas.

So why is it that you think they would have contacted you personally to inform you the plant was completed.

I have no idea how you interpreted my post this way. This article was reporting on week-old news...that's all I was pointing out.
