$306 million is not out of line for a judgment against just one company, and I think Rambus can negotiate favorably with other large and small manufacturers using these technologies considering their prior use, with this judgment as a benchmark.

Would not have been averse to a greater award of damages, what with Hynix's intentionality and collusion.

This applies to several of the others, certainly, with the threat of triple damages.
