It will only be around $1750 in March 2015, Radient paid the fee this year..You are stating your estimate for three years..Radient would have been revoked three years ago if they didn't pay 2013 and 2012 fees..So it could be around $1750 dollars at the most by March 2015..The corporation structure with the aussies was April 2014, so the fees were paid in 2014...That was my estimate for the reverse merger to either be started or completed....Wolf

Deleware never cancels a corporation and they just allow the franchise taxes to accumumate. By next March, Radient will owe Deleware over a half million dollars.
