That is so true...We have no TA because when you want to be a clean shell for a reverse merger you have to completely stop ALL business transactions...That is why Mac placed the Uni-Pharma agreement with AMDL Inc. a division of RXPC and not Radient...This has been a very creative merger..Don't you agree? imo Wolf
