We will agree with you only because we have no transfer agent as a necessity, to keep out Radient Corporation as a clean shell you understand... A company can still have a transfer agent even when shares are Temporarily revoked..Here is an example..Did you notice the Law firm USFF that gave USFF advice? It is the same law firm that own 350,000 dollars of RXPC shares they can in return and sell in 2015..In other words, It is in the 2011 10-K if you need to know..In other words, Hunter Taubman Weiss didn't represent the insurance company to defend Mac in the Rosen case for charity only..Explain why they chose RXPC Stock? imo Wolf

RXPC shares do not exist.
