8 months here. I still haven't averaged down and glad I didn't because it keeps going lower and lower. At this point it either will get back to my buy in price or it won't. But I won't average down until there is some confidence here. Something needs to break this downtrend.
No disagreement. They've botched it a bit. They've also been poor with communication. The PPS at this level is absurd if they think they're legit. No doubt two months of silence is unacceptable, but nothing can be done about it but sell if dissatisfied. I'm not there yet.
