DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the Board) of Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Limited (the
Company) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 14 November 2014
for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the annual results for the financial year
ended 30 June 2011 of the Company and its subsidiaries and its publication and to consider
the payment of dividend, if any.
