no they aint....Wont be tons of revs but there wont be essentially any debt to speak of either...Show me an otc that isn't riddled with debt - most are...that said,,,even those that are can run to multiple pennies...Our merger is with an established entity that has done business in the entertainment sector with a resume too boot - nice ! Seems their scope isn't just confined to U.S. either , another plus..With the connections they have world wide (25 years) this could develop into something much bigger.
