We'll see. You never know the real story with pinks, as a lot of the action might be unrelated to retail (good or bad). The history is a brief runup & then new lows.

'Next week' was last week, and it actually went down on substantial volume. Now what? The whole runup from Sept & Oct has evaporated for the most part at this point.

What happened to this stuff from the May 12th PR?

"The Company will file the necessary documents required to become an SEC exchange act fully reporting company by September 30th, of 2014. The Company’s securities attorneys at the law firm of Sichenzia, Ross, Friedman, Ference LLP in New York will handle all necessary filings."

"The Company will publish audited financials for the full fiscal years 2012, 2013 and the first and second quarters of 2014 by July 31st, 2014."
