I believe that's a false ststement because scottrade seems to trade PMBS just fine! Where you get this information? PMBS has no problems trading. Obviously it trades just fine with TD Ameritrade which is probably the strictest and most protected online broker. Anotherwards, if it trades safe with Ameritrade its a safe stock without any problems. Etrade is just fine as well. Bunch of b and s here
