If the estimated mineralization exceeds the number necessary for Auryn to exercise the minimum $100 million option agreement for 85% of ADL.
However, it is quite possible we never are made aware of these parameters if a buyout occurs prior. And if a buyout were to occur prior to Auryn exercising their $100 million option, that would imply that the purchase price would be significantly greater than $100 million.
From a personal standpoint, given the length of time I've been holding this investment, I would be somewhat disappointed if a buyout was accepted below $200 million. Though if it happened on Monday, I would gladly take it and parlay the proceeds into any number of beaten down mining companies.
