Just went out and walked my dog, smoked a bowl, and talked to ST. Talked to the manager and she said as of today ST will not let you buy or sell PMCM. To which I said WHAT? I have 500k shares in my account. Then my eyes glazed over as she went into the DTCC, something about the security being illiquid? Causing a problem with ST and payment. She said things could be fixed, until then my shares are in my account. With an added things could change? Sound like something they would tell you?
