Yeah, KG.....I tried to avoid the phrase "perfect storm", but that is what I really do see forming on the horizon.
I have heard that the proving flights will occur over a 2 week period.....50% domestic, 50% international....with St. Petersburg being one of the destinations for at least one of those flights (and all visas have been approved....even for the US government officials. I am telling you - Russia wants our $s, especially since the sanctions are cutting off their revenues in other areas).
Maximum 100 hours (about $1.5 million in fuel costs), but it could be less if the FAA deems that 100 hours are not necessary. And of course, since Baltia can carry cargo on those flights, a good part of the fuel expenses should be offset by those undetermined revenues).
I truly believe all the flights and the dates have already been laid out, just that the plans haven't been filed yet - since the mini-evac, tabletops, and ditching exercises need to be successfully completed first (can't put the cart before the horse).
All that being said.....did I say that there appears to be a perfect storm forming on the horizon?
