I am not ready to throw in the towel just yet. (Am I the boy who doesn't want to testify against his father for molesting him?) Sevu has a new CEO and I am sure some damage control is underway. IF the company recovers and doesn't file Chap 11 for protection, it still could possibly make some $$$ in the next few years. Their only hope might be to go into mass production and settle the suit with some profits.
