From where I stand, Bill has yet to figure out too much, except the lucrative meaning of DILUTION!!!

You might be correct about accomplishing the mission. Two key executives, since February of 2014 have sold shares to the tune of just under $8 Million USD. Insider trading reports are not required for pink sheets so it is difficult, if not impossible, to determine if others have sold since their shares came off restriction. If you have access to a news terminal, you can see the 144's filed by two key executives showing their sales. It was an intent to sell but since no amended 144 was file that means the entire allottment sold.
