HFCO would have to compete with other companies for tenders. Toyota would look at past performance; the balance sheet would ring a bell. HFCO/ARSC is not reliable, I doubt Toyota would waste their time. Toyota isn't interested in kiddie games; they broke off the TSLA partnership when things weren't going their way.
