Why don't you call your branch and ask them. Pretty sure they will tell you why. Then you don't have to ask people you don't know why your broker won't trade this. Just saying.

It's called a DTC chill. Basically your broker says they won't allow you to waste your money here. E*trade however, doesn't care if you lose your money. And that's the way it should be.

Change brokers. ..there are many who will be happy to take your business. I have E*Trade, and for the most part pleased with them....
