As we know Jim Porter is one of the most ethical CEOs out there. As he takes no salary, has no personal expenses paid by the company, is not afraid to rescind any position that he takes when shown to be a wrong one, and was up for ethical CEO of the year for 2013. Not sure if they came up with the nominees yet this year.
