I got it after doing 30 trades a qtr. good question though. They are good on the phone or send a question to them. Very quick to reply.

Like Jaxon said, give them a call as being it is competitive out there with other trading sites they may give it to you to try if you ask. If not, after a few trades in the Quarter they should be willing to give you access if you ask. I'd try it now though as a new account and see what they say. 1-800-ETRADE1 :)
