Probably half of my friends are Filipino and other Asian groups. All of them believe in the power of Moringa. Florida and other southern places are ideal to grow Moringa.

Many Asians also eat a lot of bitter gourd/melon[ampalaya], which I grow in New England and I know how to prepare.
