This ticker is way more liquid now. With one positive Pr we could move several hundred percent in a week, there is no reason to do another. Not saying he can't, I don't know if there's a rule against it, just saying it would serve no purpose.
The shareprice is what it is because there is nothing to sustain a higher price. When there is substance to sustain the higher price it will come. Myself and many others are in the same boat as you, if your still holding. Just be patient, until the end of the study there won't be much change.
Bashing a stock you're invested in is not going to help anything.
If you're pissed because you sold for a major lose, it happens. We've all done it. A buddy of mine sold after the RS announcement for -10k. I was in the same boat as him but I'm still holding and now I'm down 5k because I continue to buy down here to lower my average.

Technically then reason is dilution but same result, yes. And yes another RS will happen eventually just like then experienced Barton traders predicted the first one all the way up at a cent.
