No prices were disclosed but what he was saying is that in the S1 offer, along with each common share, you will be given a warrant too, valid for 5 years. The warrants will be separately listed and traded. Not sure whether I got that right but it is somewhat right.
Was expecting me to put in around $10,000. Just beyond me at this stage. He was however trying to tell me that they believe in the stock and would not have backed it otherwise.
