....and their ladies and gentleman, is where the rest of the financing will come from to complete development of SPORT. I suspect Ximedica and Titan medical are becoming one company.

I count over 140 companies in the SV Life Science "portfolio".

I hope they don't interfere with Ximedica's operation in any way, except to give them funding.

TransEnterix is one of their companies.

Sometimes these conglomerates kill the companies they acquire, either with too much love or too little.

This is by no means a "win" for Titan Ximedica (and Titan Medical). We simply won't know for a while.

If Ximedica has to waste time and resources sucking on the SV tit and kissing ass, or changing personnel, this could result in delays for their Titan work.

I've seen it before.

Nice work Invest! That is huge news. Tells me that what Ximedica is doing for Titan is so valuable that another company wanted to buy them out. When you own 164 companies, you don't buy turds you buy companies that can add value to your current portfolio of products.

My hope is that SV Life Sciences did make a huge investment in Titan, this gives me a sense of security. Ximedica said to SV Life Sciences, if you want to buy us out you will need to make a significant investment in Titan, otherwise we won't sell to you, as you could buy us and screw Titan. Titan had to have been one of Ximedica's #1 accounts. I could easily see Titan get purchased by Life Sciences, as then they also have any patents associated with the TrasnEnterix robot. Now they can defend the IP, makes sense. I do feel Titan already has a buy out plan in the works.
